This filter press features unprecedented construction—its thin, light-weight filter frame lacks filter plate as well as filtering face in expression frame. Compared with conventional design with a same filtration area, this novel filter press boasts installation floor area more than 30% smaller and machine weight more than 60% lighter. Thus, it requires much smaller building cost and installation cost.

This new design also features low energy consumption—drive power necessary for operating it is about half, compared with conventional design.
